Ms. Jillian LeBlanc

Our October Hero is Jillian LeBlanc. Jillian is a senior at Pelham High School where she cofounded "Dancin'Clusion," which gives special-needs students free dance classes, social activities and the opportunity to shine on stage in a recital. To help start this, she raised more than $3,000 to rent studio space, hold social events and fund a recital to allow them to shine on stage. 

Jillian also serves as her class president, the president of the National Honor Society, and the English, Math, and Science Honor Societies. She is a varsity lacrosse player, and captain of her competitive dance team.

During her time in high school, Jilian has volunteered more than 250 hours of community service.
