Your payoff quote or partial release request should contain the following information if available:

• Loan number
• Name of business entity associated with the loan
• Address of property securing the loan
• Copy of Purchase and Sale Agreement (if refinancing with another financial institution)
• Closing Date
• “Quote good through” date
• Email or fax number to which the quote should be sent

Any third party requesting a quote on the behalf of a customer should attach customer’s signed authorization to disclose sensitive information.
