Meeting registration begins at 5:30pm with the meeting beginning at 6:00pm.
The Board of Directors invites you attend our 2024 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders on Tuesday May 21, 2024. Primary Bank owners of record as of March 15, 2024 are entitled to attend and vote at this meeting. Please bring a valid government-issued photo identification such as a drivers license or passport. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. EST. The meeting will be held at:
Currier Museum of Art - Winter Garden - 150 Ash Street, Manchester, NH 03104 at 6:00 p.m.
