ISO20022 Migration

Important Updates Coming to Wire Transfer System

The financial services industry is undergoing a significant transformation with the adoption of the ISO20022 messaging standard, scheduled to launch in the United States on Monday, July 14, 2025. This global initiative represents a major advancement in how financial institutions communicate, delivering improved data quality and operational efficiency across international banking networks.

What This Means for You

As we implement these comprehensive system updates, you may experience brief, temporary delays in transaction processing around the transition date. We're working diligently to minimize any disruption to your banking experience. Please be aware our wire system will be down from Friday, July 11th at 4 pm until Monday, July 14th at 8 am. Please do not input any wire information into the system after 4:00 PM Friday, July 11, 2025, as the information will not be carried over to the new format.

Action Required: Wire Transfer Templates

Important: Wire transfer templates from our current system cannot be migrated to the new platform. To preserve your existing templates:

  • Print copies of all templates you wish to retain
  • Save digital copies for your records
  • Complete this action before the migration date
