The Board of Directors invites you attend our 2026 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders on Tuesday June 16, 2026. Primary Bank owners of record as of March 31, 2026 are entitled to attend and vote at this meeting. Please bring a valid government-issued photo identification such as a drivers license or passport. Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. EST. The meeting will be held at:
